Ridge cap repair: Cracked or loose ridge caps let in water and pests. We re-bed and repoint your ridge caps to restore a completely weathertight seal across your roofline. You don't always need to replace every single cap. If your ridge caps are still in good condition, we can preserve them by sealing up the old mortar with flexible pointing—replacing only the caps that are completely deteriorated.

First, we inspect every ridge cap, taking photos of those that are deteriorated as well as those still in good order. We then scan the roof for broken tiles. If you have spare tiles on-site, we will replace them at no extra cost to prevent any further water from entering your roof space. From there, we prepare a clear quote with a couple of tailored options.
