Which roof cleaning method is right for me?
It depends on your roof's material, age, and current condition. I'll inspect it in person, give you an honest assessment, and present your best options with a fixed-price quote and clear scope of work.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry full public liability insurance so you're protected at all times during the job.
How long does roof treatment take to work?
Our eco-friendly treatment begins working immediately, with full results visible within a short period. The longest guarantee available is included.
The treatment has been on for a month and nothing has changed — it looks worse!
This is completely normal. The treatment kills fungus by turning it black. Nature will then blow it off over approximately 12 months. Browning is actually a sign the product has worked.
Is it a quick solution?
No — but it is safe, effective, and cheaper in the long run with a lifetime guarantee. The treatment penetrates deep-rooted moss and lichen slowly. The active ingredient kills growth and creates a protective barrier against regrowth.
Will moss fill up my gutters and downpipes?
No. Moss and lichen break down into dust. Early rainfall may turn water black — this is just organic matter and is harmless. Downpipes are reconnected after 3 weeks once the treatment has settled.
Can it be applied to any roof?
Yes. We use extension sprayers with powerful output that reach every roof tile, regardless of type or pitch.
Will it harm my trees, plants or lawn?
Absolutely not. The formula targets fungus specifically and has never reacted with or harmed lawns or plants.
Is it environmentally friendly?
