Like many Australians, our business journey changed course during COVID-19. With a digital signage business put on hold, we turned to something that had always felt personal — the state of roofs and gutters in our community.
Growing up, we watched a family home suffer the consequences of a rushed, poorly done roof treatment — rusted-out gutters, dead plants in the garden, and moss that returned within a year. That experience never sat right with us.
Before starting, we surveyed local homeowners to understand their real concerns. What we heard shaped everything about how we work. We built this business to be the service we always wished existed — honest, careful, and genuinely effective.
